The Challenge

The customer had a large number of applications; some users had in excess of 10 passwords to remember. The cost to the customer was in excess of 3000 password related helpdesk calls per month.

The Solution

We implemented an IBM Tivoli Access Manager for Enterprise Single Sign-on solution. Now the users only have a single secure password to remember, they are automatically signed on to their applications, and in most cases do not know what the password to the application is.
